With the cool breeze of autumn and fragrant blossoms, the training meeting of 2012 ballast water convention, sponsored by MSA, undertook by Liaoning MSA and Maritime Affairs University of Dalian, and co-organized by Headway Technology Co., Ltd, was held from Sep. 12th to Sep. 13th 
in Aulicare Hotel in Dalian.

Professors from Liaoning MSA, CCS Shanghai Institute of specification and Maritime Affairs University of Dalian gave a lecture while dangerous anti-personnel from organization directly under MSA, and related personnel from shipping company participated in the training meeting, which consisted of Ballast Water Convention and requirements of related guideline, national duties to fulfill obligations under the convention , shipping companies´ duties to fulfill  obligations under the convention, the matching and installation guide about Ballast Water Management System (BWMS)and the instruction of BWMS.
