OceanGuard^® Onboard Carbon Capture System, independently developed, designed, and manufactured by Headway, integrates advanced carbon absorption & desorption, liquefaction, and liquid CO₂ (LCO₂) storage capabilities. Leveraging Headway’s featured high-speed centrifugal carbon capture technology and high-performance absorber, the system achieves a carbon capture rate exceeding 90% with CO₂ purity of at least 99.6%. By replacing conventional gravity-based scrubbers with a centrifugal force field, the OCCS significantly enhances contact efficiency, reduces energy consumption, and enables a compact, easily integrated design that simplifies installation and CO₂ transportation.

OceanGuard^®  Methanol Fuel Supply System（LFSS）adopts an optimized and upgraded single-pump supply scheme, featuring a flexible layout, space-saving design, easy maintenance and a low risk of failure.

Headway has independently developed and designed OceanGuard^® Exhaust Gas Cleaning System, which includes Open Loop, Close Loop and hybrid solutions. Scrubbers are available in I-type, L-type, and U-type (round or rectangle inlet) and can be flexibly designed to fit different vessel spaces.

OceanGuard^® Ammonia Fuel Supply System（AFSS）consists of ammonia fuel containment system, ammonia fuel supply module, BOG treatment system, auxiliary heating/cooling system and nitrogen generation unit and so on.

OceanGuard^® Fuel Gas Supply System（FGSS）is an independent intellectual property of Headway. Utilizing the resources of leading research institutes and universities, Headway is providing an advanced solution that is compatible with Medium-Speed/Low-Speed Dual-Fuel marine engines, inland river single/dual-fuel engines, and generators.
