Dear Madams and Sirs,

The purpose of this circular is to call your attention to the fact that the production, sales and commissioning service of Headway Technology Group Co., Ltd. is not impacted by the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia (NCP, formerly known as 2019-nCoV). Benefitted by the reason that most components of OceanGuard® BWMS and EGCS are produced by Headway ourselves, and currently, we maintain sufficient inventory of outsourced spare parts, following the instruction of governments to keep steady and safe manufacturing of products, after completing safety training courses to our workers, Headway factory has started on February 10 2020, the delivery and commissioning of BWMS will not be affected. Headway is working with full endeavours to help to deliver cargos to requested destinations, despite the inconvenience and difficulty caused by quarantine and traffic control in different areas.

Proper measures have been taken by the authorities, thanks to the support and attention from domestic and international communities. Headway will continue to provide qualified product and service.
