Headway has independently developed and designed OceanGuard® Exhaust Gas Cleaning System（EGCS）, which includes Open Loop, Close Loop and hybrid solutions. Scrubbers are available in I-type, L-type, and U-type (round or rectangle inlet) and can be flexibly designed to fit different vessel spaces.
OceanGuard® Exhaust Gas Cleaning System（EGCS）applies ultra-micro atomization technology to avoid impact on the main engine's backpressure. Enhanced by intelligent logic control, the system can adjust consumption for maximum effect.
OceanGuard® EGCS integrated the end to end process including 3D scanning, Design, Pipe Prefabrication, Manufacturing, Installation, Commissioning, and Technical Support, to provide the customer a "One-Stop", "Turn-key" solution. Headway's service can effectively prevent any potential loss caused by the design deviation or temporary change during installation.
With the seamless integration of "Design, Prefabrication and Installation", Headway coordinates all relevant parties of the project.
OceanGuard® Onboard Carbon Capture System（OCCS）adopts Headway's self-developed high-efficiency decarbonizer and high-speed centrifugal decarbonization technology. Enhanced by the modular design, OceanGuard® OCCS can be flexibly arranged onboard the ship, Bringing 40% less power consumption and 25% less fuel cost when installed with OceanGuard® EGCS.。
